Panchayat Season 4 - June 24 (Amazon Prime Video)
Panchayat Season 4 started from where the previous season ended. The new season sees Manju Devi (Neena Gupta) and Kranti Devi (Kranti Devi) locking horns at panchayat elections. The show also marks the return of Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Sanvikaa, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik, Ashok Pathak, and Durgesh Kumar among others.
Ironheart - June 25 (JioHotstar)
The Marvel mini-series is created by Chinaka Hodge, and is set after the events of 2022 film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. It is the story of MIT genius Riri Williams (played by Dominique Thorne), who returns home to Chicago, and creates a high-tech suit that can give competition to Iron Man's armour.
The Bear Season 4 - June 26 (JioHotstar)
The highly acclaimed and award-winning show, The Bear is back with Season 4, which continues the story of Carmy Berzatto (played by Jeremy Allen White), who returns to Chicago and takes over his brother's sandwich shop after his untimely demise. It will show how he deals with the upcoming challenges while running the shop.
Raid 2 - June 26 (Netflix)
Ajay Devgn starrer Raid 2, is filled with tension, thrill, and high-stakes action. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film carries forward the legacy of its predecessor with a fresh mission, new city, and a powerful face-off. It also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vaani Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Shukla, and Amit Sial, among others in significant roles.
Squid Game Season 3 - June 27 (Netflix)
The final chapter of the Korean show will be more deadlier with more dramatic twists. Created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, Squid Game 3 stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun and Wi Ha-jun, among others.
Mistry - June 27 (JioHotstar)
Mistry, starring Ram Kapoor in the titular role of Armaan Mistry, is an official adaptation of the popular American series Monk. The series revolves around Mistry, the brilliant ex-cop, who is assigned to solve a complicated case. The show also stars Mona Singh, and Shikha Talsania in key roles.
Theatrical releases this week
Maa - June 27
Directed by Vishal Furia, Maa is a mythological-horror film starring Kajol is the lead role. She transforms into goddess Kali to fight a demonic curse. It shows how she protects her daughter from the evil. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.
Kannappa - June 27
Vishnu Manchu's Kannappa is also releasing on the same day. The actor is playing Lord Shiva's disciple. The film also has cameo appearances by Mohanlal, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal.
Nikita Roy - June 27
Nikita Roy is a supernatural thriller, where Sonakshi is playing the lead role of an investigator, who exposes the dark side of Amar Dev (Paresh Rawal), a powerful and mysterious spiritual healer. The film also stars Arjun Rampal. Sonakshi's brother Kussh S Sinha is making his directorial debut.
F1 - June 27
F1 stars Brad Pitt where he is playing Sonny Hayes, a retired Formula One driver, who is called to fill in after retirement, by his former teammate, Ruben Cervantes (Javier Bardem), to help the struggling APXGP team. Hayes is assigned to guide the team’s young rookie, Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris).
It is directed by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Pitt and seven-time F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. The screenplay is written by Ehren Kruger.
