Here's Vin Diesel's three conditions
The 57-year-old actor said, "The first is to bring the franchise back to L.A."
"The second thing was to return to the car culture, to the street racing."
"The third thing was reuniting Dom and Brian O’Conner. That is what you’re going to get in the finale."
Diesel was joined by his Fast co-stars Tyrese Gibson and Cody Walker at the event, a car culture festival founded by Walker’s brother Cody.

It was accomplished through digital effects, dialogue reconstruction, and Walker’s brothers, Cody and Caleb, working as body doubles.
