As a leader in the Scrap Optimization Improvement Project, he supported refine manufacturing cuts to reduce excess material before it becomes scrap. Building this momentum, the subsequent Scrap Repurpose Project contributed sustainability goals and led to the creation of a merchandise line that has generated significant employee-driven sales.
