Payment may be made by any of the following methods; Visa Credit Cards, MasterCard, all Debit Cards, PayPal and American Express. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Your details are not captured or made available to anyone and your credit card details are encrypted by Sage Pay and PayPal so that no one else can obtain any details. Fabric UK cannot get access to your credit or debit card details at any time.

The goods will remain the property of Fabric UK until invoices are settled in full (Retention of Title).

Discount Codes

Where discount codes are offered across the site, these are not applicable on already discounted products. Discount codes are only able to be used on full price products.


Fabric UK strongly advise that a sample of the fabric(s) is ordered prior to buying your custom cut fabric. Fabric UK endeavours to ensure that we provide the best representation of the fabrics on our site; however your monitor may view the colours differently.


Fabric UK makes available in good faith information about its products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. All fabrics meet the minimum UK flammability standards; however, fabric purchased for use on upholstery must be treated for fire retardancy to conform with current UK legislation.

All Products are believed by Fabric UK to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. fabric Online reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. Any defect should be reported fabric Online immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Fabric UK in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Fabric UK. The liability of Fabric UK will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.


Your purchase of Products for Fabric UK will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly, some limitations here stated may not apply to you. fabric UK reserves the right to cancel all orders before they are dispatched. If this arises, a full refund will be issued.
