Ready Made Products Returns Policy

If you have purchased a ready made item, you must inspect items as soon as you receive them - all faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we may be unable to help with your complaint.

If you wish to request a return of your ready made purchase, you have 90 days from the day of delivery to do so. Please do not just send your item to us, you must contact us beforehand to request and arrange a return. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Fabric Returns Information

We are unable to issues refund on fabric roll orders, as these have been custom cut for you. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements given to us. 

We always recommend ordering samples of fabric before purchase to ensure you're happy with the product before you commit to a custom cut order. 

Please inspect your fabric as soon as you receive it, and before you cut or use the fabric. 

If your fabric has a fault, please contact us within 5 working days. Our team will inspect the product and issue replacements or refunds for genuinely faulty fabrics.

If the item is not faulty under the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that covers the selling of customised products, we do not have to accept the return as there is no resell value (Section 28b).
